Wallbox: What is it?

A Wallbox is a charging station for electric cars that you can have in your home, so you can conveniently charge your vehicle's battery without having to go to a public charging station.

How does the Wallbox work?

The Wallbox needs to be connected to your home's electricity, either directly to the circuit breakers in your electrical panel or from an outlet.

With a complete control panel, you can regulate the charging power, or even schedule a charging time for your electric car. For remote control, you can also count on an app that controls the wallbox from anywhere.

It is a highly secure piece of equipment, consisting of a series of protection mechanisms, namely against overvoltage, short circuit, power surges and many more. Thanks to its IP55 certificate, the wallbox is resistant to water and dust.

How to Install the Wallbox?

The assembly of the Wallbox, although simple, is recommended with the help of a professional to ensure maximum safety in the process.

The iServices Wallbox has a mounting kit, consisting of plugs, screws and wall mounting plates.

For the electrical installation, you can choose a single-phase or three-phase connection, and you can choose to connect the wallbox to your power distribution panel or through a plug.
